Get help with Slab tally.
Email slabtally@gmail.com with the page you were using, what happened and any error message. Do not send passwords, reset links, API keys or card details. Support is handled by email; there is no guaranteed response-time agreement.
Account access
Use Forgot password on the login page to request a reset link. Check spam folders and use the latest email. New accounts on the live site must verify their email before logging in. Signing up again does not change an existing password. Google sign-in is not available.
What is stored
Account records include your name, email, a hashed password and sessions. Saved projects contain the names, dimensions, materials, pieces and estimate results you enter. The app also keeps browser recovery data on the device you use. Use your own trusted device and download project backups regularly.
Cloudflare hosts the application and saved project database. Resend delivers verification and password-reset emails. Stripe processes sandbox subscription tests; live payments are not enabled. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout, not stored in Slab tally’s project database.
Sharing and backups
Published estimates are snapshots accessible to anyone with their link. A link is not a restricted team workspace. Reviewer names are self-entered, not verified identities. Only publish information you intend to share.
Archiving a project hides it from the Active list; it does not delete it. Open Archived to edit or restore it. Use the estimator’s project backup download to retain an editable copy outside the service.
Data requests
For account or data-deletion requests, email support from your registered address. We will confirm account ownership and clarify the scope before making changes. Self-service account deletion is not currently available. Do not treat archived projects as deleted data.
Before paid launch
Slab tally is the product name. Paid subscriptions are not open yet. The seller’s legal identity, full privacy notice, commercial terms, refund policy and data-retention details must be finalized before live checkout is enabled. This page describes the current product; it is not a substitute for those policies.
